OpenVZ container migration

• an online migration is done as follows:

/usr/bin/ssh -t -t -n -o BatchMode=yes 172.16.0.169 /usr/sbin/vzmigrate --online 172.16.0.171 139

• a normal migration is done as follows:

/usr/bin/ssh -t -t -n -o BatchMode=yes 172.16.0.169 /usr/sbin/vzmigrate 172.16.0.171 139
